- I visited along with my family at 4:15 pm. The water park was good, but the attitude of the people at the office and those managing inside the park were bad. We requested the last ride on the slide, but they just denied it at 6:35, though the out time they told us was 7:30. Those two guys inside as managers have no sense for customer service. If this attitude continues, one day, this park will shut down. The police were there, but some stray dogs and boys stared at the girls. They followed girls on the slide and tried to touch them. Those two people, as managers, did not see that, and nobody stopped the stray dogs to throw them out so that girls could enjoy themselves without any terror. If this kind of environment continues, it will shut down soon. They need to improve based on this feedback, as they have everything that a basic water park needs. So please improve on this front and throw your existing managers inside the park who decide when to close the slide. They have no sense and do not know how to talk.
